  1. When will orders be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours if it’s not the weekend or holidays. Check site for updates on holiday hours.

 

  1. What are Prawmis hours of operation?

Our business hours are Monday-Saturday 10am to 8pm closed Sundays but you can shop and find answers to many questions on the website 24hours a day. Holiday hours may vary please check the site for updates on holiday hours. We are closed New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

 

  1. Do you carry a lot of each item?

 No, we hand pick each item and order a select few to maintain the exclusiveness.  If the item is in high demand and available we will try to restock but only a select few. Please subscribe to our newsletter to get any updates about restock items and discounts or you can send a request through our email.

 

  1. Is there a live person I can call and speak to if I have any questions or concerns before I make a purchase?

Yes! Please call during our business hours and someone will be delighted to be of any assistance.

 

  1. Does Prawmis ship international? Yes, but there are extra shipping cost added to orders shipped out of the United States. Refer to shipping cost once you have entered the mailing destination.

 

  1. How do I track my order?

          Tracking information will be sent to your email when your order has been shipped in order to keep track of your purchase.
